Patching and repairing of commercial parking lots is another service provided by Joe Connolly Paving. Old and damaged parking lots can be given new life with the installation of hot overlay patches in problem areas. First the areas are thoroughly cleaned and tac-coated with hot AC20 oil. Then a 1 to 1 ½ inch layer of hot asphalt is applied to the surface and compacted immediately. Following compaction of overlay patches the edges are hot sealed and dusted with a very fine stone allowing for immediate use. These patches are fully warranted and can extend the life of the existing parking lot at a reasonable cost for many years. This type of work is for commercial application only and not available for residential driveways. CALL
